VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS OF HS STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS JAN 25 - 29, 2012

Oregon Racquetball High School State Championships

Good News:  This year the tournament is being held the week prior to final exams, so no conflicts this year !!
Bad News:  The host clubs for the 2012 Oregon High School Racquetball State Championships are Cascade Athletic Club (Gresham) and Mt. Hood Athletic Club (Sandy).  We'll need to set up some car pools.
Entry Forms: I need all players to fill out the attached entry form, and it needs to be signed by player and parent (if player is under 18).  NO PAYMENT NECESSARY - You already paid for the first 2 events with your Lincoln registration; I will be issuing a check to the tournament director on the Lincoln team's behalf.
Missing School Friday 1/27 - Players will be playing several matches throughout the day on Friday 1/27, so you will miss school that day.  Players need to get an excused absence form from the office, have your teachers sign it, and return it to the Office (Room 104).
Complete tournament details are included in the attached entry form. Additional logistical information/details about the tournament will be sent via email in the coming weeks. In the meantime, here is a brief snapshot of the pertinent tournament hours and entry deadline info:

We will do our best to keep time away from school/work to a minimum.
Other Important Stuff
* Students may only play TWO events (one singles and one doubles OR two doubles).
* Due to the expected large draw, special time requests not related to finals are strongly discouraged.
* Start times will be posted to the website after 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
* Winners must ref or find a suitable replacement.
